Are you moving?
Please call 645-7360 to discontinue your service so you will
not be responsible for electricity used after moving.
Discounts
If you are age
60 or over and receive less than 150% of the current poverty
level in yearly income, you may make application for a ten
percent Senior Citizen's Discount.
Life Support
If you have an
electrically operated life support system in your home,
please call 645-7360.
Turn On Policy
All turn-ons are
scheduled. 24 hours notice is required for all turn-ons.
This includes all delinquent accounts which have been paid
and new contracts.
Disconnect
Information
In the event
that service is disconnected:
A
reconnection charge will be required.
Service will
be reconnected the next regular working day after
payment is acknowledged.
Tampering is
illegal and subject to prosecution!
Employee ID
Should you be
contacted by anyone who represents themselves to be our
employee, you should ask them to provide their employee ID.
