  Many times, a leak in the yard will be a leak on the property's plumbing line and the owner is responsible for the repair.   The valve before the meter is part of the house's plumbing. A plumber will need to make that repair for you. If you need us to turn off the water for your plumber, you may call our Customer Service Center at 645-8270.
