Com-Til products are organic and safe when used as recommended on
vegetables, fruits, trees, shrubs, grass and flowers. It will
provide
valuable nutrients to the soil and plants.
Personal hygiene, wearing gloves and washing hands should always
be a part of using any fertilizer.

Use Com-Til in:
- Mulching & Soil Amendments
- Lawns
- Gardens
- Pots & Container Gardens
- Transplanting
Recommended Application Rate
These applications depend on existing soil conditions and the type of plant material grown:
Mulching & Soil Amendments
1-2 inches - or use 1 inch under wood mulch to retain nitrogen.
Lawns
Spread evenly over existing turf: 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
New installations or sod: use 1-2 inches mixed into 4-12
inches of soil.
Vegetable Gardens
1/2 inch annually
Flower Garden/Annual Beds
1 - 2 inches mixed into 4-12 inches of soil. Spread
evenly over existing material: 1/4 inch in the Spring or
up 1/2 inch in the Fall. For separation or new planting,
use 1-2 inches mixed into 4-12 inches of soil.
Potting & Container Gardens
Use 1 part Com-Til to 6 parts soil
Transplants
Trees, shrubs, flowers and bulbs: mix 30% COM-TIL to 70% existing soil.
Conversion factor: 1 cubic yard covers 1000 square ft. at 1/4 inches.
